Ballroom Dance

As my brush moved across the paper, the strokes remind me of ballroom dancing. There is a nostalgia in the way they twist and turn as if leading me through a waltz.

Contrasting marks were made on bright white paper, creating high contrast with bold paint strokes and mark making. This piece is part of my Black and White Series
